Collect
O Lord Jesu Christ, who didst move thy servant Geoffrey Studdert Kennedy to minister unto soldiers amidst the dangers and sorrows of war: Grant unto us grace to bring comfort to the weary, courage to the fearful, and hope to those cast down; that we may faithfully serve thee in all persons; who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, one God, world without end. Amen.

Receive, O merciful Father, these gifts which we offer in thankful remembrance of thy servant Geoffrey, who carried thy compassion into places of suffering and fear; and grant that we, strengthened by this Sacrament, may minister thy consolation unto all who are afflicted; through Christ our Lord.
